Unique Flex-Ice gel turns white when ready to apply cold.  When the soft white paste has returned to a clear gel the Flex-Ice pack has delivered a recommended treatment, taking the guess work out of application.

HOT- Heat the Flex-Ice pack for one minute in the microwave or by placing in hot water for 10 minutes.
COLD- To apply cold keep the Flex-Ice pack in the freezer or in ice water ready for immediate use.
