DELIVERY
In order to provide a cost effective method of delivery, Fit As A Physio STRAPPING TAPE + SPORTS SUPPLIES uses the services of Australia Post. You must select your preferred method of delivery:
EXPRESS DELIVERY = Next Business Day (for parcels being delivered to metropolitan areas)
STANDARD DELIVERY = 4 to 7 days
AIRMAIL = International orders = 7 to 10 days to NZ, 3 to 4 weeks to Europe / America
Fit As A Physio STRAPPING TAPE + SPORTS SUPPLIES is proud to offer FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $500 (Australian deliveries only, please contact us for international shipping rates).
For orders under $500 the price of postage is calculated at checkout.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders received prior to 12 pm (Sydney) on any business day will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched on the following business day. You will receive an e-mail to confirm when your order has been sent, including a tracking number if applicable.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Parcels may require a signature on delivery. We suggest you NOMINATE A BUSINESS ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY where someone will be present during business hours to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your order at the time of attempted delivery, you may be left an "attempted delivery" card & your parcel will be taken to your NEAREST Post Office.
If no one is available to sign for your order and you'd prefer the order to be left at the delivery address please request so in the "Shipping Instructions" box at check out. In this case it is not possible to insure your delivery & you take responsibility for the parcel going missing.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
We are very happy to follow delivery instructions. However Fit As A Physio STRAPPING TAPE + SPORTS SUPPLIES will not be responsible for missing parcels when a request to leave without signature has been applied to the parcel.

On the rare occasion that a parcel does not arrive within the prescribed destination time:
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS & RETURNED PARCELS
In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Fit As A Physio STRAPPING TAPE + SPORTS SUPPLIES as undeliverable, an extra charge of $15.00 will apply + the cost of the second delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your parcel is yet to be dispatched we shall gladly cancel and refund your order. If the parcel has been dispatched the customer will be responsible for its return.
Please Note: All cancellations incur a 10% restocking charge that shall be debited from the total of the refund.
